Warranty

Fil Doux warrants to the original purchaser that all textile products under normal wear and tear shall meet the specifications listed on the Fil Doux specs, for the period of two years.

Should any failure to conform with this warranty appear on the product during the first two years after shipment, upon prompt written notice, Fil Doux will replace the affected product.

This warranty does not apply to:
– Acts or omissions of parties other than Fil Doux
– User modification, including additional fabric finishes applied after purchase
– Unusual atmospheric or environmental conditions
– Abnormal use of textile including cuts, spills, improper cleaning, or other misuse of product

This warranty is the Customer’s sole remedy for product defect. Fil Doux makes no warranties, including the express or implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, other than the express warranties contained herein.
